In this role, you will assist with leasing activities, tenant communication, and day-to-day property operations. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth rental experience for both tenants and property owners. Responsibilities Coordinate leasing activities including inquiries, showings, and application processing Communicate with prospective and current tenants via phone, email, and messaging platforms Maintain and update property listings across rental platforms Screen tenant applications and assist with lease documentation Track rent payments, lease renewals, and occupancy status Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors and contractors Maintain accurate records in property management systems Ensure compliance with lease agreements and company policies Requirements Previous experience in property management, leasing, or customer service preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or property management software Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset Professional and customer-focused attitude Preferred Qualifications Experience with rental platforms (Zillow, Apartments.com, etc.) Knowledge of leasing procedures and tenant screening Familiarity with property management software Bilingual (English/Spanish or Russian) is a plus Pay & Benefits Competitive pay: $20 - $30 per hour (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses Flexible schedule Opportunity for growth in real estate and property management Supportive and collaborative team environment Why Join Pure Rental Group LLC?
