  • Travel Perks to all our Resort locations Recruit Position Duties Provide management for day-to-day operations of Community Center, including planning trips and events.
Provide supervision of staff, including schedules and tracking employee hours with current time keeping system Ensure daily tasks, events and meeting schedules are set up, carried out and dismantled Order supplies and merchandise to maintain the facility as budgeted Complete monthly inventory reports for merchandise and building supplies Complete daily revenue reports for the building and ensure building is running according to budget Serve as the contact for facility rentals, ensuring each renter completes rental forms, collect deposits, final payments and ensure documents are kept confidential and safe Review and document each program, track and maintain appropriate records and ensure all documents are kept on file as required by law Delegate building needs to maintenance for upkeep Investigate, resolve and document complaints or inquiries from employees and patrons concerning the operations of the facility and deal appropriately with confrontational situations according to company policies and procedures Set up and participate in Community Center events on site Comply with all company policies and procedures Perform all other duties as requested General Statement - Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity. Recruit Position Requirements High School Diploma/GED Minimum of two (2) years Customer/Guest Service experience Timeshare experience preferred Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; able to interact with customers and the public Excellent customer service skills; ability to deal with complaints and problematic situations Excellent leadership skills with ability to train and direct staff Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint Ability to Multi-task Attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure and deal with stressful situations Flexible schedule, able to work, weekends and holidays Must have excellent communication skills. Dependable; arriving to work on time. Must be computer literate.
