Job Description

Assistant Property Manager (LIHTC) Keystone Management Co., Inc. Position Summary Keystone Management Co., Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) community. The Assistant Property Manager will assist with leasing, resident relations, rent collection, recertifications, compliance documentation, and general administrative functions while ensuring adherence to LIHTC regulations and company policies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with the day-to-day management and operation of the property. Process resident applications, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. Conduct LIHTC income certifications and annual recertifications in accordance with program requirements. Maintain accurate resident files and ensure compliance with LIHTC, Fair Housing, and company policies. Assist with rent collection, delinquency follow-up, and preparation of notices when necessary. Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner. Coordinate and schedule maintenance requests and follow up to ensure completion. Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents as required. Assist with marketing and leasing efforts, including property tours and outreach activities. Maintain occupancy goals and support resident retention initiatives. Ensure confidential handling of resident and company information. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred. Previous property management, leasing, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. LIHTC experience preferred; willingness to learn required. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and use office equipment for extended periods. Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to travel throughout the property as needed. Starting Pay:
$21.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
