Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an HOA Manager and lead the efficient operation and management of homeowner association communities. In this energetic role, you will oversee property maintenance, enforce community rules,, and ensure residents receive exceptional customer service. Your proactive approach will foster a vibrant, well-maintained environment where residents feel valued and engaged. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your property management expertise, legal administrative skills, and customer relationship talents to make a meaningful impact on community living. Duties Manage day-to-day operations of homeowner associations, including property maintenance, vendor coordination, and facilities management Enforce community rules and regulations in compliance with Fair Housing laws and Section 8 guidelines Handle legal administrative tasks related to contracts, and dispute resolution Utilize property management software to maintain accurate data entry, filing, and reporting records Conduct regular inspections to ensure property upkeep aligns with quality standards and safety regulations Provide exceptional customer service by addressing owner inquiries promptly via phone or in person, resolving conflicts effectively Coordinate property maintenance requests and oversee repairs (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools Work with Board of Directors to ensure ............................ Requirements Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a focus on HOA or multifamily communities Familiarity with Yardi, OneSite, Office software, and CMMS for data entry, reporting, and facilities management Legal administrative experience related to contracts, and dispute resolution processes Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and maintain positive owner relationships Demonstrated customer service excellence combined with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in filing and record keeping Knowledge of property maintenance procedures, and real estate administrative practices Strong organizational skills with experience in data entry, filing systems, and office administration.
