Job Description

Join a team with strong core values, appreciation for team members, and a passion for helping individuals grow in their careers! Our firm is seeking a Property Manager for a well-located 210-unit apartment community in Wilmington, N.C. market. Prior conventional apartment management experience of at least 3 years is required. The ideal candidate will have experience as well as strong organizational and leadership skills. We emphasize on leasing and customer service, with the goal of generating strong income results. Great training, 100% employee paid health insurance premium, a generous PTO plan, in a drug-free workplace. Some Saturdays are required.
