Maintenance Team member for Property Management company

Responsibilities may include:

Performing routine maintenance and repairs. Troubleshooting with guests or tenants remotely. Troubleshooting basic mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues. Working with Point Central lock systems as needed. Pressure washing, painting, construction tasks, and demolition work. Responding to on-call service needs as scheduled. Ensuring properties and equipment are well-maintained and safe. Inspecting properties and jobs. Changing lightbulbs, air Filters, replacing remotes, ceiling fans, hauling items, building furniture, mounting TVs, etc.

Pay:

$18-$20 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements:

Valid driver's license (required). Ability to pass a background check. Previous maintenance experience or general knowledge preferred, but not required. Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule. Availability to work Saturdays during the summer season.

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
