Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Programs Director for Recovery Services to lead and oversee our comprehensive recovery programs. In this pivotal role, you will develop, implement, and manage innovative initiatives that support individuals on their journey to recovery. Your leadership will foster a collaborative environment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that promote independence, well-being, and community integration. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by guiding teams, building strong relationships, and advancing program excellence in behavioral health and social services. Duties Lead the strategic planning and development of recovery programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges Manage day-to-day operations of multiple programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies Supervise program staff, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and ongoing training to foster professional growth Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, families, and clients to enhance service delivery and collaboration Oversee program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial sustainability through effective resource management Develop innovative program models that incorporate best practices in social work, behavioral health, and recovery methodologies Ensure all programs adhere to federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining high standards of quality care Qualifications LCAS required, LCAS Supervisor preferred. 5 years of leadership experience. Proven management experience in leading recovery or behavioral health programs with a focus on community-based services Strong background in program development and implementation within social work or related fields Experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs Exceptional relationship management skills to engage clients, families, staff, and community partners effectively Demonstrated administrative expertise in budgeting, staffing, documentation, and compliance requirements Supervisory experience with a track record of building cohesive teams and fostering a positive work environment Knowledge of behavioral health practices, social work principles, and recovery-oriented approaches is highly desirable Join us in shaping impactful recovery programs that transform lives!
