$21.00 - $24.00 an hour + commission + $500.00 sign on bonus!!Assistant Property Manager Responsibilities:
Assist the property manager in all aspects of property operations, including, leasing, maintenance, rent collection, and tenant relations. Coordinate and oversee tenant move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. Conduct and document regular property inspections to ensure adherence to property standards and regulations. Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about local rental trends and ensure competitive rental rates. Assist the leasing consultant in the leasing process, including showing properties to prospective tenants, conducting background checks, and preparing lease agreements. Assist in the enforcement of lease terms, rules, and regulations, and handle lease renewals and terminations. Manage and resolve maintenance requests promptly, ensuring a high level of customer service. Assist with marketing and advertising available properties on various platforms to attract prospective tenants. Perform administrative tasks including, but not limited to, scheduling, filing, and answering phones. Foster positive relationships with tenants, contractors, and staff, always representing the company in a professional manner .Assistant Property Manager requirements:
