Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree is required
Responsibilities:
Social Media & Marketing Support:
Preparing, creating, and posting content on social media to help promote our business. Provide leadership and coaching to assure that all employees succeed in meeting individual performance goals as well as career growth Establish performance benchmarks and hold team to those goals Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures Provide exceptional customer service and guest safety Create and manage daily processes to optimize operational efficiency Execute on marketing goals to spread awareness of JumpWorks Perform daily managerial tasks such as: open and close the facility, assist with internal facility maintenance, etc. Build and maintain the JumpWorks vison and culture that embraces and ensures guest safety and satisfaction Be a "Community Ambassador" for JumpWorks Assist in driving group sales and corporate events Identify and research new revenue streams, ways to engage, and being relevant in our community Assist with inventory, ordering, and pick up from vendors Hiring, Training and Scheduling.

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
