Job Description

Part-Time Property Manager Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential property. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to residents, coordinate maintenance needs, assist with leasing activities, and help maintain a safe and attractive community. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and prospective tenants. Show available units and assist with leasing and move-in/move-out procedures. Collect rent payments and follow up on delinquent accounts. Maintain tenant files and property records. Respond to resident concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner. Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair requests. Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with community rules. Assist with preparing notices, lease agreements, and other property-related documents. Monitor property appearance and report any safety or maintenance concerns. Work with vendors, contractors, and maintenance personnel as needed. Prepare reports regarding occupancy, collections, and property operations. Qualifications Previous property management, leasing, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency, including email and Microsoft Office. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Schedule Part-time position. Approximately 20-30 hours per week. Some flexibility in scheduling may be required. Compensation Competitive hourly wage based on experience. Physical Requirements Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and conduct inspections. $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
