Dance Studio Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Dance Studio Manager to become an essential part of our team and community. In this pivotal role, you will help shape the experience of every family who walks through our doors while contributing to the continued growth of our studio.

Position Timeline:

Paid training begins: July 2026 Regular schedule begins: September 2026 Hours (September-June): Monday-Thursday 12:00 PM - 7:30 PM Duties As Studio Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio while helping us grow and create an exceptional experience for our families. Managing daily studio operations Helping to create a welcoming, positive, and organized studio environment Providing outstanding customer service to current and prospective families Responding to inquiries - phone, email, social media Guiding new families through the enrollment process Growing enrollment through sales and relationship building Maintaining our website and assisting with social media Planning and coordinating studio events and community activities Supporting studio communications and organization Assisting the owner with administrative projects and business operations Join us to lead a passionate team dedicated to inspiring movement through dance! Friendly, warm, and genuinely enjoys working with people Confident communicating both in person and over the phone Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Self-motivated and able to take initiative Professional, dependable, and solution-oriented Comfortable with technology and able to learn new software Excited about sales, customer service, and helping grow the studio Passionate about creating an incredible experience for our students and families Compensation Starting pay: $20-22/hour starting, based on experience Opportunity for compensation growth within the first year based on performance and contributions.
