We're looking for an experienced, highly organized, and hands-on Property Manager for two New Hampshire manufactured home communities and an RV resort. The Property Manager is responsible for all daily operational duties as well as the administrative aspects of the community, and overseeing staff. This includes reaching and maintaining a 100% occupancy rate, rent collections, property inspections, and rule enforcement of community standards, completion of reporting, working with vendors, serving as the liaison between the property and the corporate office, among others.   • Rent collections, postings, and bank deposits
  • Delinquencies and evictions
