Assistant Property Manager (Condos)
Location:
Londonderry, NH Schedule:
Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week We are seeking a professional and organized APM to support the day to day operations of residential condo communities in the Londonderry, NH area. Looking for support in administrative responsibilities, resident communication, vendor coordination, and operational support while maintaining a high level of customer service. Key Responsibilities Resident & Community Support Primary point of contact for residents, responding to questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate maintenance requests and oversee completion of repairs and property improvement projects. Work with third party vendors and contractors to ensure services are delivered efficiently. Support management of service agreements, facility access systems, and operational resources. Prepare and organize records, reports files, including budget related activities, invoice processing, and financial reporting support. Track and and prepare reports as needed. Provide administrative support to leadership on daily operational initiatives. Attend occasional meetings, including an evening virtual meeting and occasional weekend events. Preferred Qualifications Experience in property management, community management, facilities coordination, or administrative operations. Additional Information Located in Londonderry, NH .
