Position Overview CIM Security is hiring a reliable and professional Overnight Security Guard for a facility in Nashua, NH. This role involves working at an all-male life assistance facility, ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and visitors. The ideal candidate is dependable, observant, and able to remain calm under pressure, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Monitor and control access to the facility (entry/exit points) Provide a visible security presence and maintain a safe environment Interact professionally with residents, staff, and visitors Respond calmly and effectively to incidents or emergencies Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services when needed Escort staff, residents, or visitors as required Provide basic first aid when necessary Complete detailed and accurate incident reports Qualifications Ability to work overnight shifts consistently High school diploma or equivalent required Must be authorized to work in the United States Strong integrity, professionalism, and reliability Ability to pass a CORI (criminal background check) Professional appearance and demeanor Strong communication and observational skills Preferred Skills Prior security, law enforcement, or customer service experience (preferred but not required) Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills Experience working in residential or social service environments Why Join CIM Security?
