- Experience required We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Airbnb Rental Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of short-term rental properties in Cape May County.
This role involves:
- Managing guest relations/communication with ability to handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and manage conflict situations with professionalism and tact.
- Coordinating property maintenance, repairs, cleaning crews during turnovers, and property checks
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Maximizing occupancy and revenue.
- Manage all aspects of property listings on Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms, including creating engaging descriptions and updating availability.
- Upsell additional services or amenities to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue opportunities.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist in getting properties rent ready
- Monitor and optimize guest reviews, responding to feedback and implementing improvements to maintain high ratings across all platforms.
- Handle emergency situations, including after-hours guest issues, maintenance emergencies, and weather-related events.
Pay:
