Job Description

1st Cerebral Palsy of New Jersey is looking for Group Home Manager. The Residential Manager provides quality oversight and supervision to the assigned group home. Duties include; staff supervision and training, scheduling, medical appointment coordination and activity planning. In addition, the manager works to assist in the continuous quality improvements (CQI) for the department operations. The manager ensures the coordination and implementation of each resident's ISP. The residential manager is responsible for after hours on-call responsibilities. Attendance in various agency, local, state and / or federal training is required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree concentrating in Psychology, Sociology or related field is preferred or a high school diploma/ GED and four years prior experience with Persons with Developmental Disabilities required and one year supervisory experience. A valid New Jersey Driver's license in good standing is required.
