Key Responsibilities Occupancy Management:

Drive leasing efforts and prioritize resident renewals to maintain maximum occupancy rates.

Financial Oversight:

Manage timely rent collection, aggressively track delinquencies, and operate strictly within the established property budget.

Turnover Execution:

Oversee the "make-ready" process with urgency. Coordinate maintenance and vendors to ensure vacant units are flipped promptly and flawlessly.

Tenant Relations:

Act as the primary contact for resident requests, resolving issues with promptness, empathy, and professionalism.
