  • Award Winning Property Management Company is presently recruiting for an Interim Assistant Property Manager The Interim Assistant Property Manager will assist in the general operation of the property and perform all related administrative functions under the direction of the Property Manager.
This individual will want to provide exceptional customer service to our residents while upholding our policies & procedures. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain complete and general office files.
  • Compose and type all correspondence and documents; answer phones and greet tenants in a professional manner.
  • Maintain professional communication with residents, applicants, employees and vendors.
  • Assist in property inspections in order to assure adherence to established standards.
  • Promote positive resident relations.
  • Responds to resident issues and complaints.
  • Conduct re-certification interviews with residents.
  • Assist in completing income verifications to ensure eligibility with government regulations, and all necessary paperwork on an annual basis and as needed for certification and recertification.
  • Ensure compliance with all government, state and local regulations such as the the Federal Fair Housing Act.
  • Knowledge of Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") rules and regulations that apply to property management a must.

  • LIHTC Certification
  • HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • 1•2 yrs as Assistant Property Manager•
HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc…)
  • Ability to work independently, organize tasks, manage time and prioritize projects
  • Yardi Software a plus Benefits Offered
