In this role, you will work closely with homeowners, board members, and vendors to ensure the community is well-maintained and residents' needs are met promptly and professionally. Salary range is $75-80k
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations and administration of assigned communities. Serve as primary liaison between homeowners, board of directors, and vendors. Prepare budgets, financial reports, and facilitate monthly financial monitoring. Coordinate maintenance, landscaping, and capital projects to uphold community standards. Organize board meetings, prepare meeting materials, and assist with governance compliance. Enforce community rules and regulations, and resolve resident concerns efficiently. Promote resident engagement through community events and communications.
Requirements Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in community association or property management. Strong knowledge of HOA laws, governing documents, and industry best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Professional certifications such as CMCA, AMS, or PCAM preferred.
