We provide compassionate, high-quality care and empower individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives in a safe and supportive environment. We are seeking a dedicated Residential Manager to oversee daily operations in a residential setting for adults with developmental disabilities. This role combines direct support, staff supervision, and administrative responsibilities to ensure quality service delivery and a safe, therapeutic environment. Responsibilities Supervise and support Assistant Residential Managers and Direct Support Professional Provide direct behavioral health support and therapeutic interventions Ensure proper implementation of individual service plans (ISPs/IHPs) Oversee medication auditing, home management, and crisis intervention Maintain compliance with Federal/State regulations and EIHAB policies Communicate behavioral changes and incidents to supervisory staff Act as an advocate and liaison for residents Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage with different plan coverage. Additional Requirements:
Must complete all required trainings within 90 days of hire (CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, etc.) Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and participate in Management Training
