Job Description
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide overall management of the Residential Group Home while creating a safe and congenial atmosphere for all residents.
- Teach skills and guide the every day personal and social development of each individual.
- Orient and train new staff in the performance of their duties.
- Complete proper documentation
- Write service plans and conduct monthly case reviews
- Support residents to promote their maximum independence
Requirements:
- BA in human services or experience in the field required.
- Experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who have a behavior plan.
- Knowledge in counseling and behavior modification
- Valid Non probationary NJ driver's license and acceptable driving record
