This stewardship-driven Residential Landscape Account Manager role focuses on creating and protecting an exceptional level of trust with high-end residential homeowners by anticipating their needs and preserving their property's aesthetic. The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of luxury properties, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure impeccable landscape presentation and long-term plant health. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of approximately 100 to 150 properties, delivering high-touch, tailored interactions for 20 to 30 top-tier clients. Conduct regular property reviews and site visits to assess overall landscape conditions, service quality, plant health, and seasonal needs. Identify potential issues, drainage concerns, or presentation gaps proactively, addressing them before the homeowner needs to ask. Coordinate seamlessly with field teams, operations leadership, and external vendors to ensure all work meets uncompromising aesthetic standards. Drive and manage property enhancement opportunities, making thoughtful horticultural recommendations that elevate the landscape. Document property observations, manage client requests, and guarantee that all open items are followed through to completion with urgency. Lead quarterly reviews and seasonal planning conversations to secure account retention and grow long-term relationship value. Requirements Possess 5+ years of progressive experience in residential landscape management, horticulture, estate management, or a closely related client-facing role. Demonstrate strong working knowledge of horticulture, plant identification, seasonal care requirements, and common landscape challenges. Exhibit a polished, confident, and personable presence capable of building rapid trust with high-net-worth or luxury clientele. Showcase exceptional organizational discipline and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow-up items simultaneously. Display excellent written and verbal communication skills across various channels, including email, text, and in-person meetings. Hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
