Property Manager

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of property management practices, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to tenants and property owners. This role requires a proactive approach to managing properties, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, and maintaining high standards of facilities management. Duties Manage all aspects of property leasing, including marketing available units, conducting showings, and negotiating lease agreements. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws governing property management. Oversee property maintenance activities, coordinating repairs and improvements as needed to maintain property standards. Maintain accurate records of tenant files, lease agreements, and property-related documents in an organized office environment. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue generation for the properties managed. Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess conditions and identify necessary maintenance or improvements. Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally to enhance tenant satisfaction. Collaborate with vendors and contractors for facility management services, ensuring quality work is completed on time and within budget. Experience Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and applicable laws governing real estate administration. Experience in facilities management, property maintenance, and real estate administrative tasks is highly desirable. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for both tenants and property owners. Proficiency in office management practices, including file organization and record keeping. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
