Your role is pivotal in maintaining efficient office operations and providing exceptional customer service. With your organizational skills and attention to detail, you will contribute to the smooth running of our property management team. What you'll do Greet and assist visitors and tenants with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and responding to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain office organization through effective filing systems and data entry, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible. Utilize software to log rental payments, maintenance requests, scheduling appointments and tenant information onto company database Handle customer support inquiries via phone and email, providing timely resolutions to enhance client satisfaction. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing. Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects as needed to ensure seamless operations. Basic qualifications Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance communication with diverse clientele. Previous experience as a property management receptionist is a plus, showcasing your familiarity with front desk operations in specialized environments. Background in office management or personal assistant roles will be advantageous for this position. Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices to ensure a professional interaction at all times.
