Trenton, NJ Job Type:
Full-Time We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Agent to join our team at a mixed-income apartment community consisting of market-rate and HUD-subsidized housing. Responsibilities Assist with the day-to-day management of the property. Market and lease market-rate apartments. Respond to inquiries, conduct apartment tours, and process lease applications. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents. Assist with rent collection, notices, legal documentation as needed. Conduct HUD applicant interviews process certifications and required paperwork. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and HUD regulations. Maintain organized records and provide excellent customer service. Qualifications Previous property management experience is required. Leasing experience is strongly recommended. HUD experience is a plus, we will train the right candidate. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Skills Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
