Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

full-time $65k - $70k Base | Tenant Coordinator | Class A Office | NYC Join a notable Class A office real estate owner and developer Tenant-facing position within a Class A commercial property Work alongside Property Management, Engineering, and building operations teams Strong opportunity to build a career within commercial property management We see this suiting someone with a couple of years of professional administrative experience who is organized, personable, and genuinely interested in developing a career within commercial real estate. Previous property management experience would be useful, but isn't essential. The company is an established institutional real estate owner/operator with a strong New York presence and an in-house property management platform. You'll sit within the onsite management team at a Class A office building and work closely with property management, engineering, security, cleaning and other building partners. The role combines tenant relations and property administration. You'll act as a key point of contact for tenants, respond to requests and coordinate with building teams, while also supporting work orders, service requests, tenant invoicing and monthly rent statements. You'll help coordinate move-ins and move-outs, maintain tenant and vendor Certificates of Insurance, process property invoices, coordinate tenant and contractor work within the building, and support building and tenant events.
