Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Property Manager to lead the oversight and operational management of our property portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity, safety, and functionality of properties while ensuring tenant satisfaction and compliance with regulations. Your leadership will drive efficient facilities management, coordinate maintenance activities, and foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional passionate about managing properties with energy and precision. Duties Oversee daily property operations, including maintenance, tenant relations, and safety protocols Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to schedule repairs and track work orders Manage facilities systems such as HVAC, electrical (including high voltage and low voltage), mechanical systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to ensure optimal performance Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high-quality service delivery Review schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to troubleshoot issues effectively Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify repair needs, safety hazards, or code violations Develop and implement maintenance management strategies aligned with industrial standards and manufacturing requirements Requirements Proven management experience in facilities or property management with strong supervisory skills Mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience, including familiarity with schematics, ohmmeters, and troubleshooting high/low voltage systems Experience working with CMMS platforms for maintenance scheduling and record-keeping Knowledge of HVAC systems, industrial maintenance practices, and manufacturing environments Strong project management skills to coordinate repairs, upgrades, or renovations efficiently Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and team collaboration Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on supervising teams in fast-paced settings Familiarity with industrial safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements Join us as a Property Manager to lead our facilities into a future of operational excellence.
