Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Property Manager, where you'll lead the management and maintenance of commercial or industrial properties to ensure optimal operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee facility operations, coordinate maintenance activities, and implement strategic improvements. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining high standards of safety, functionality, and tenant relations, all while fostering a proactive and energetic work environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant services to ensure smooth facility functioning. Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and supervise routine inspections and emergency repairs involving HVAC systems, electrical systems, low and high voltage equipment, and mechanical components. Manage the implementation of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, maintenance schedules, and asset management. Supervise contractors and vendors ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality expectations during industrial maintenance projects. Develop and monitor budgets for property upkeep, maintenance projects, and capital improvements while optimizing resource allocation. Oversee facilities management activities including schematics review, electrical troubleshooting, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and industrial control systems. Lead safety initiatives by ensuring adherence to OSHA regulations related to electrical safety, high voltage handling, and general facility safety protocols. Prepare reports on property performance, maintenance activities, and project progress to inform strategic decision-making. Skills Strong management skills with experience supervising teams in facilities or industrial environments. Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits (including low and high voltage), schematics interpretation, and industrial control systems such as PLCs. Proficiency with CMMS platforms for effective maintenance management. Hands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting tools like ohmmeters and multimeters. Excellent project management abilities to coordinate multiple maintenance projects simultaneously. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial maintenance practices to support continuous facility operation. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, supervise contractors, and foster a safety-first culture. Fluency in English with clear communication skills for reporting, training, and stakeholder engagement.
