Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced property management environment.

- Previous property management experience is required.
- AppFolio experience is required.
- Experience working with residential rental properties.
- Strong knowledge of day-to-day property management operations.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Professional and confident when communicating with residents, vendors, and team members. Responsibilities
- Assist with daily property management operations
- Manage tenant accounts and resident communications.
- Review and follow up on delinquent accounts.
- Prepare and track notices and eviction-related documentation.
- Process move-ins, move-outs, and tenant account changes.
- Review tenant ledgers and ensure charges and payments are posted correctly.
- Assist with leasing, applications, and applicant screening.
- Coordinate with maintenance and follow up on outstanding work orders.
- Maintain accurate tenant records, notes, and documentation in AppFolio.
- Assist with renewals, notices, inspections, and resident concerns.
- Communicate with vendors and follow up on outstanding items.
- Support the Property Manager with daily operations and special projects.
- Help ensure company procedures and deadlines are followed.
Pay:
$3,900.00- $4,000.
