Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced property management environment.

$4,000 per month

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • Previous property management experience is required.
  • AppFolio experience is required.
  • Experience working with residential rental properties.
  • Strong knowledge of day-to-day property management operations.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Professional and confident when communicating with residents, vendors, and team members. Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily property management operations
  • Manage tenant accounts and resident communications.
  • Review and follow up on delinquent accounts.
  • Prepare and track notices and eviction-related documentation.
  • Process move-ins, move-outs, and tenant account changes.
  • Review tenant ledgers and ensure charges and payments are posted correctly.
  • Assist with leasing, applications, and applicant screening.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and follow up on outstanding work orders.
  • Maintain accurate tenant records, notes, and documentation in AppFolio.
  • Assist with renewals, notices, inspections, and resident concerns.
  • Communicate with vendors and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Support the Property Manager with daily operations and special projects.
  • Help ensure company procedures and deadlines are followed.
What We're Looking For We need someone who can come into the position with an understanding of property management operations and already knows how to work in AppFolio. This is not an entry-level property management position. The ideal candidate is proactive, accountable, professional, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned responsibilities. You should be able to identify issues, follow through until they are resolved, and work effectively as part of a team.
Pay:
$3,900.00
