As Assistant Property Manager you will be the main point of contact for our tenants, owners, and vendors. Your daily objective will be to provide excellent customer service while assisting our property manager in administrative tasks. You will be encouraged to be a team player by participating in team outings, meetings, daily communication and company events.

Job Description:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assists in Daily tasks of the Property Manager
- Answer phones, check emails and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitoring & posting of vacancies and/or listings
- Input maintenance requests when needed
- Follow up with Vendors and tenants on maintenance requests and issues that may arise during repairs and maintenance.
- Processing of applications submitted by prospective tenants.
- Coordinate move in/move outs.
- Posting of vacancies to company website and external websites as needed.
- Performing move out walk throughs
- Assist in administrative tasks with direction from property manager
- Electronic maintenance of company files
- All other duties as assigned by Property Manager and Management.
