With growing demand across the Reno area, we are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor who can oversee the quality of work performed by our team while also supporting day-to-day operations. Our ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and experienced in leading cleaning teams across multiple service types. Role Overview The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for maintaining eMaids' high service standards by training cleaners, conducting on-site inspections, managing supply checks, and supporting both residential and commercial accounts. You will also supervise short-term rental turnovers and ensure all properties are cleaned to brand standards. This is a leadership role with hands-on cleaning when necessary. Responsibilities Supervise and support cleaners during residential, commercial, and STR cleanings Conduct job site inspections to ensure quality, consistency, and safety Assist with onboarding, coaching, and ongoing training of cleaning staff Oversee daily schedules, assignments, and time management Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and tools for field staff Communicate with management and clients regarding job quality, issues, or service needs Step in to complete cleanings when necessary Ensure commercial spaces (offices, retail, common areas) meet contract standards Requirements 2+ years of professional cleaning experience 1+ year of supervisor, team lead, or field trainer experience preferred Experience in residential, commercial, and/or STR cleaning Strong communication and leadership skills Smartphone usage for scheduling and field reports Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle Ability to lift 20-30 lbs Organized, punctual, and dependable Weekend availability preferred Must complete Maid Academy - Team Leader Certific action Why Join eMaids?
