Job Summary Security Public Storage is seeking a highly motivated, career-oriented, and resourceful individual to join our team as a Co-Manager at our Sparks, NV location. This position typically works Wednesday

• Saturday 9:30 am
• 6 pm, and Sunday 10 am
• 4 pm. Compensation & Perks $19.00 per hour , plus commission 1.5% monthly commission on the facility's gross revenue collected above the established threshold. New managers typically earn an additional $50
• 100 per month to start, with significant growth potential as rental rates increase.

Many long-term managers earn over $1,000 per month from this commission alone. 6.25% commission on all merchandise sales, including locks, boxes, and packing supplies Employee discoun t on storage units Combined with commission and the value of the provided housing, total additional compensation is estimated to be the equivalent of $10

Essential Duties Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility Work alongside team members to maximize sales, occupancy, marketing efforts, and revenue growth Deliver outstanding customer service by professionally resolving customer questions and concerns Effectively rent storage units to phone, walk-in, and online customers using our established Call Flow Guidelines Prepare leases and other documentation accurately and efficiently Reduce delinquent accounts through phone, text, and email communication Build relationships with local businesses to increase community awareness and generate referrals Perform inventory audits and other administrative responsibilities Maintain exceptional curb appeal throughout the property, including sweeping units, cleaning hallways, and removing debris Qualifications Sales and marketing experience, or a strong sales mindset Passion for providing exceptional customer service Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Enthusiasm for networking and building community relationships Comfortable using technology, including CRM systems, web browsers, and Microsoft Office Receptive to coaching, training, and feedback Previous property management or self-storage experience is a plus Equal Employment Opportunity Security Public Storage values diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
