Job Description

The Martin Team at Dickson Realty is a dynamic property management company committed to providing exceptional service to property owners and tenants alike. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Property Coordinator. This position if 50% in office and 50% in the feild. All tools and vehicles needed for this position are provided by the enmployer.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of residential properties, serving as the primary point of contact for maintenance requests, move-in, and move-out processes. Coordinate maintenance and repair work with a network of vendors , ensuring timely completion and quality of service. Conduct property inspections to assess maintenance needs and ensure compliance with lease agreements and property standards. Communicate regularly with tenants to address concerns, provide updates on maintenance requests, and facilitate a positive rental experience. Collaborate with property owners to ensure their expectations are met and provide regular updates on property status and performance. Prepare properties for rent, including overseeing cleaning, repairs, and other necessary tasks to ensure units are rent-ready. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and property-related communications.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred but not needed. Prior experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, property owners, and vendors. Valid driver's license. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. We look forward to reviewing your application!
