Residential Program Supervisor:

Overview of Job Responsibilities:

Managing the day to day operations of the Hedgerow House residential program in collaboration with the Program Director Oversight of program operations Intake Screening Process Supervision and support of relief staff Internal and External Communication Building management Maintaining a safe and supportive environment Adherence to all policies, procedures, and regulations To qualify you must have: A CASAC credential from NYS with 2+ years of experience working with sensitive populations 1+ years of leadership experience Other combinations of education and experience will be considered An ability to operate independently, think on your feet, and follow your training Excellent crisis management and dispute resolution skills Strong interpersonal boundaries Our shared belief system in areas such as respect, empathy, and inclusion Clearance with all relevant background checks as per RISE policies and governing regulations A valid NY State Driver's License and a driving record acceptable to the RISE automotive program To bring your leadership talents to a growing non-profit and benefit the people we serve as well as the team we employ, submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
