In this vital role, you will support the daily operations of property management, ensuring smooth communication between tenants, vendors, and internal teams. Your expertise will help maintain high standards of property upkeep, tenant satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Assist in managing lease or rental agreements, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Coordinate property maintenance requests, scheduling repairs and inspections while tracking progress. Support tenant relations by handling inquiries, resolving conflicts with effective conflict management strategies, and providing excellent customer service. Prepare and review legal administrative documents related to landlord-tenant law, Section 8 housing programs, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), and Fair Housing regulations. Maintain organized records through data entry, filing, and documentation of contracts, lease agreements, and client communications. Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and supporting financial reporting activities. Facilitate communication with tenants regarding rent collection, lease renewals, and upselling additional services or amenities to enhance tenant satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles. Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 programs, LIHTC compliance, and contracts management. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict resolution professionally and effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry, reporting, and correspondence. Experience managing lease or rental agreements along with property maintenance coordination. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
