About Us:

Z-Best Maintenance & Cleaning has provided high-quality commercial cleaning and facility services for over 40 years. We're now expanding into a Property Management division and looking for an entrepreneurial Property Manager to build and lead this new branch from the ground up.

What You'll Do :

Oversee daily operations of commercial properties Manage tenant relations, lease administration, and rent collection Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor contracts Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with NY property laws and building codes Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and monthly reports Identify opportunities to improve property value and reduce costs Collaborate with Z-Best's cleaning/maintenance team to deliver a seamless service

What We're Looking For:

Proven property or facilities management experience Strong organizational, budgeting, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities Knowledge of New York property laws and building codes is a plus Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow a new division

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range:

$50,000 - $150,000 per year (commensurate with experience and portfolio) Performance bonuses or profit-sharing potential Health insurance Paid time off (vacation & sick leave) Professional development and certification support
