Community Residence Supervisor (OMH Programs) CEC Healthcare 📍 Glen Head, NY 💲 $33.95 per hour 🕒 Full-Time | Tuesday-Saturday 🌙 One evening shift required per week (except Wednesdays) Lead a Team. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Residence Supervisor to lead a residential team supporting adults in an OMH-licensed community residence. This position is ideal for a human services professional who is passionate about recovery-oriented care, staff development, and creating meaningful opportunities for residents to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives in the community. What You'll Do As Community Residence Supervisor, you will play a vital leadership role in ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centered residential environment. You will oversee daily operations, mentor and supervise staff, and help residents develop the skills and confidence needed to maximize independence and community inclusion.
