Job Description Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple LIHTC properties, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Lead and manage on-site property management teams to achieve operational and financial goals. Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and property performance. Monitor property budgets, financial performance, and expense management to align with company objectives. Ensure timely completion of property inspections and address any maintenance or compliance issues promptly. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and regulatory agencies. Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership regarding property performance and compliance. Support staff development through training, mentoring, and performance evaluations. The Successful Applicant A successful General Manager/Regional/Director - LIHTC Property Management should have: Will have led portfolios of no less than 900-units within the LIHTC space Strong knowledge of LIHTC regulations and affordable housing compliance. Proven experience managing multiple properties within the property industry. Excellent leadership and team management skills to drive results and foster collaboration. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle complex property management tasks. Effective communication skills for interacting with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
