  • Temporary We are a service-oriented staffing and recruiting company dedicated to working closely with our clients. We are currently hiring for a Temporary Leasing Specialist in Rochester, NY.

Pay Rate:
$18/hour
  • Spanish-speaking required We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Temporary Leasing Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with housing program regulations, managing lease renewals and certifications, and overseeing move-ins and move-outs. You will also help minimize vacancy rates by leasing apartments efficiently and meeting occupancy goals.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer compliance for housing programs, including lease renewals, recertifications, interims, and move-ins/move-outs
  • Prepare and submit weekly vacancy reports
  • Provide support and backup for the Community Manager
  • Collect rent payments and manage delinquent accounts in a timely manner
  • Coordinate marketing efforts for vacant units, including social media postings
  • Promote positive relationships with residents and the public
  • Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of apartment leasing experience required
  • Experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accurate data entry skills
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager or other housing software preferred
  • Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred
