Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for keeping our properties high-performing and well-maintained, while delivering a strong tenant experience and supporting long-term asset value. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems in real time, and can balance day-to-day operations with larger capital projects, this role offers meaningful ownership and visibility across the portfolio. What You'll Do Leasing Market available residential units, promptly respond to inquiries and conduct showings Receive, review and process applications from prospective tenants Prepare leases for new tenants and amendments for renewals for existing tenants Manage paid parking and storage units (property specific) Ensure tenant compliance with rules & regulations Operations & Maintenance Oversee day-to-day maintenance and physical operations across assigned properties Ensure HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and access control systems are operating efficiently Respond to property issues and coordinate emergency repairs as needed Monitor vendor performance and proactively address service gaps Review and approve vendor invoices for accuracy and completion Coordinate inspections and maintain compliance standards Administration Prepare annual operating and capital budgets for assigned properties Maintain neat and organized tenant files Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and vendor activity Utilize platforms such as Corrigo and Procore to manage work orders and projects Leverage data and reporting tools to improve operations and decision-making What We're Looking For 7+ years of experience in facilities, property management, or a related field Demonstrated experience managing vendors, operating/capital budgets, and facilities projects Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work across teams with ownership Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines Core Strengths for Success Hands-on operational leadership Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to build effective relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders Attention to detail with strong execution Technical Skills Working knowledge of residential leases, Fair Housing laws and NYS tenant regulations Working knowledge of proper building and site maintenance Experience with property management platforms (Corrigo, Procore preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Work Environment & Requirements Valid driver's license; travel between properties required Ability to work in both office and field environments

$72,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
