Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Position Overview We are seeking a Rental Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our apartment buildings and commercial units. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in property management, with strong communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Manage tenant relations, including lease administration, renewals, and conflict resolution. Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor services. Ensure compliance with local housing regulations and building codes. Oversee rent collection, reporting, and financial tracking. Prepare monthly owner statements and operational summaries. Handle incident reports and maintain audit-ready documentation. Support operational workflows and team coordination across multiple properties. Qualifications Proven experience in property management (residential and/or commercial). Strong knowledge of housing regulations, compliance standards, and lease agreements. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Google Sheets, dashboards, and workflow optimization tools. Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
