Job Description
Central Ohio-based property management company seeks to add a full-time senior Community Manager in Bryan, Ohio. Qualified candidates will maintain a professional appearance, be proficient on a computer, able to learn new software, confident in general sales techniques, demonstrate sound judgement and compassionate in dealing with residents as well as the general public. Must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines. Direct experience in the property management field relating to Fair Housing and HUD Section 8 Multi-Family compliance is not a requirement, but integrity, hard work and evidence of commitment to success is.
