Chrysalis Health is seeking a Community Outreach Lead Liaison to support and oversee statewide outreach and referral development initiatives while supervising a team of Community Liaisons. This role requires regular travel and relationship-building throughout: Columbus Cleveland Steubenville Additional Ohio markets as needed The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, strategic, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple community relationships and projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Community Outreach & Partnership Development Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, schools, hospitals, behavioral health providers, and community organizations Identify growth opportunities and develop new partnerships by county and market Attend community meetings, presentations, sponsorships, and networking events statewide Monitor referral trends and partnership opportunities Assist with development and tracking of marketing materials, promotions, and outreach campaigns Coordinate and support school district and community partnership agreements Review and assist with contract and MOU renewals in collaboration with leadership teams Leadership & Supervision Provide supervision and guidance to Community Liaisons Conduct weekly individual supervision meetings with liaison staff Lead bi-weekly team meetings to review outreach efforts, referral trends, and hiring needs Review liaison marketing logs, outreach activities, and referral tracking Approve PTO, timesheets, and expense submissions Strategic Growth & Operations Collaborate with Intake, Clinical, Marketing, Contracting, and People Operations teams Track trade show and sponsorship opportunities Support university partnership initiatives and workforce outreach Maintain and improve referral source data and reporting systems Assist with statewide referral source communications and e-blasts Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, Social Services, or related field Experience in behavioral health, healthcare outreach, community relations, or business development Leadership or supervisory experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to travel regularly throughout Ohio, including Columbus, Cleveland, and Steubenville Strong organizational and project coordination abilities Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Preferred Experience working in behavioral health or healthcare environments Experience managing referral relationships and community partnerships Familiarity with schools, healthcare systems, and social service agencies Experience with CRM/database tracking and reporting About Chrysalis Health Chrysalis Health is a leading behavioral healthcare organization dedicated to improving the lives of children, families, and individuals through compassionate, community-based care.
