Learn more at actionforchildren.org What You'll Do The HMG Program Supervisor leads day-to-day operations of the Help Me Grow home visiting program, supervising a team of Family Support Specialists and ensuring the program meets Ohio Department of Health (ODH) and Healthy Families America (HFA) standards for quality home visiting services. Supervise and support a team of up to six Family Support Specialists, including reflective supervision and ongoing performance feedback Lead regular individual and team meetings to communicate program goals and drive progress toward shared outcomes Monitor program compliance with Ohio Department of Health (ODH) and Healthy Families America (HFA) policies and procedures Build and maintain relationships with community and state partners across Franklin County Provide direct service delivery and participate in community outreach events as needed What We're Looking For Master's degree in human services or a related field, or a bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent HFA experience Minimum of three years of direct management experience in the early childhood sector Background in home visiting with a strong foundation in early childhood prevention services Experience recruiting, hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating direct service staff Must possess, or be eligible to obtain, the Healthy Families Ohio Home Visiting Supervisor Full Credential Desired but not required: Bilingual ability, an infant mental health endorsement, or experience with reflective supervision practice.
