Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager for a portion of the overall portfolio, with an emphasis on customer service and lease compliance. The successful candidate will have good customer service skills, solid technical skills and the ability to work in a team environment and/or independently.

The Property Manager duties include, but are not limited to: Ensure lease compliance pursuant to applicable regulatory agencies and CPO policy Conduct home inspections to establish and maintain a positive collaborative relationship with residents, while inspecting the unit for housekeeping issues or health and safety risks Conduct regular exterior property inspections and oversee maintenance of properties Maintain accurate and timely records, reports and files Monitor and manage the financial performance of the portfolio Establish and maintain a cooperative working relationship with key community groups Provide support to help the team complete required tasks
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
GED or High School Diploma Valid driver's license and insurance Reliable personal vehicle Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution Basic math and entry level accounting skills Customer service that supports CPO vision, mission and core values Appropriate leadership and management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
