Job Description
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of retail shopping centers and single-tenant retail properties across multiple states. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and direct ownership interaction. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of retail properties Actively working to lease spaces, and be involved in LOI review Oversee vendors, contracts, bids, and service performance Maintain strong tenant relationships and resolve issues Prepare annual budgets and control operating expenses Conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance items Coordinate closely with leasing and accounting Provide regular reporting to ownership Qualifications 5+ years of commercial property management experience (retail preferred) Strong understanding of CAM, budgets, and vendor management Comfortable managing multi-state assets Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience with Yardi, or similar systems preferred Please send all resumes through indeed.
