Pay, Schedule & Location Salary:
$54,000-$64,000 annually

Monday-Friday Location:
Oversight of six Adult Day Services sites throughout Franklin County What You'll Do Lead and develop teams providing high-quality, person-centered services Foster a positive culture focused on engagement, growth, and accountability Use data and operational insights to improve performance and outcomes Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across multiple sites Build strong relationships with individuals served, families, staff, and community partners Manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, and resources to achieve operational goals What Makes You Successful Passion for exceptional customer service Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop employees Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Ability to use data to drive results Flexible, resilient, and adaptable to changing priorities Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Qualifications 1-2 years of supervisory experience, preferably supporting individuals with developmental disabilities Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of personal auto insurance Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications and training Full-Time Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company-paid Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability Paid Time Off Retirement Plan Voluntary Life, Short-Term Disability, Accident, and Critical Illness Insurance Employee Discount at all Goodwill Columbus Stores Career Growth and Advancement Opportunities
