What You'll Do Support daily property operations and act on behalf of the Property Manager as needed Assist prospective and current residents through leasing, renewals, and resident communication Conduct applicant screening and support eligibility, recertification, and compliance activities Manage waitlists, resident files, lease documentation, and property records Monitor receivables, delinquency reporting, rent collections, and financial documentation Coordinate maintenance requests and support quality assurance of completed work Conduct unit, grounds, move-in, and move-out inspections Investigate and resolve resident concerns while promoting positive community relationships Support reporting, budgeting, and operational goals for the assigned community Collaborate with internal teams, service providers, agencies, and community partners
What You Bring Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in property management, leasing, housing, customer service, office administration, or related operations Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Preferred:
Two years of experience in property management, affordable housing, facilities, or related operations Familiarity with LIHTC, HUD, recertifications, or housing compliance programs Bachelor's degree Experience working with diverse communities and resident populations We value growth and are open to candidates who bring transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
