The Sober Living House Manager oversees daily operations and ensures a safe, supportive environment for male residents in recovery. This role enforces house rules, supports residents, and maintains a structured atmosphere conducive to sobriety and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Resident Supervision:
Ensure adherence to house rules, manage resident conflicts, conduct room checks, and hold regular meetings.
House Operations:
Manage daily facility needs, including maintenance, supplies, and cleanliness.
Support:
Provide guidance and emotional support; collaborate with professionals to aid residents' recovery.
Administration:
Maintain resident files, monitor compliance, and assist with intake and orientation.
Crisis Management:
Handle emergencies calmly, intervening in cases of relapse or other crises.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Experience in sober living or recovery settings preferred; leadership experience a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication, conflict resolution, organization, and boundary-setting.
Certifications:
CPR/First Aid and valid driver's license required.
Working Conditions:
Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and on-call emergencies.
Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience.
