Installation Supervisor Residential & Commercial Services OH

Job Type:

Full-time, W2 We are seeking a motivated Installation Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial telecommunications service installations. This role focuses on quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and hitting daily production targets. You will lead crews performing fiber and cable installations — from terminal to customer premises equipment — ensuring reliable connectivity and excellent service.

Responsibilities:

Supervise installation technicians performing fiber and cable installs including ONT placements, modem/router configuration, and TV equipment setup Manage daily crew schedules, route assignments, and work order queues to maximize productivity Conduct in-field quality audits and coaching to uphold installation standards Serve as the escalation point for complex installs, service issues, and customer complaints Track daily production metrics and report to operations management Train and mentor technicians on technical standards, customer interaction, and safety Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards

Requirements:

Supervisory experience in a telecom, cable, or broadband installation environment preferred; highly experienced installation technicians with a strong track record may be considered Strong technical background in fiber (FTTH/ONT) and coax/cable installations, with hands-on experience working with both cable types Experience working with Charter (Spectrum) is required Ability to work in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces) and in various weather conditions Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Valid driver's license with clean driving record Valid SSN and authorization to work in the U.S.
